Hey :) I've done both DBT and STEPPS. DBT I did for a long time whilst in hospital and it helped a lot and had I been in a better place in myself at the time, I think a lot more of it would have stuck. I started STEPPS in July this year but unfortunately had to stop, which I was annoyed about as it looked set to help me a lot. It's a group which basically focuses on managing your emotions more effectively and looking at how you can utilise certain skills that you may or may not already have in order to help yourself. It's difficult, but worth it.
