Free counsilling to people on benefits
I picked this up from another website, but i thought it might be of use to some people on here. Its a directory of counsellors who offer counselling free of charge to people of certain means-tested benefits.
Ive checked the charity out and it is registered.

also not every type of counselling is available on the nhs, for example in our area at the mo there is only counselling available, no psychotherapy, cbt etc and for over a year there was nothing available.
