Graphic / Triggering - does anybody get a strange feeling in their arm?

Hi,
This might sound a bit strange but when i'm feeling really depressed i get this feeling in my arm like an energy pulsating through it and gathering in my hand and it some times starts to hurt and go numb.I've been gettng this since i was about 6 years old but its getting worse,now when i get this feeling my brain automaticly tells me to cut my arm off and its getting harder to resist doing it.I hadnt hurt my self for almost a year until recently but insted of relieving me like it used to it just made me want to go deeper i felt like a was in a trance with no control over myself. Does anybody else get this feeling in their arm? I feel like its just me and like i'm a freak.

I dont get that but i get something simalar.
When i'm upset i feel like theres a rope around my heart slowly squeezing it. And its a phisical feeling, not metophorical. I can phisicaly feel it. And it gets worse over time. And when i cut it goes away. But like you said about it not helping anymore im like that too. And I tend to loose control and feel unable to stop. I only stop when theres blood on my hands/fingers (I dno why i cant have anything on my hands for too long or it annoys me like hell)
I dowt its only you though.
