I am currently:
Peopl who like to bake-Cheesecake recipe?

So, I want to make a cheesecake for my mom. I have the crust already, but I can't find a recipe that doesn't involve either whipping cream or sour cream/ yogurt. I thought you just needed cream cheese to make a cheesecake! I have no way of getting to the store to buy that stuff either, seeing as how I don't drive and live in the woods, to far away from any store to walk to.

So, anybody have a recipe that does not require those 3 ingredients??

I looked online and have found nothing, and I'm getting frustrated

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

U need cheese ,its a cheesecake !!and ur hardly going to be grating cheddar into it .sorry like and u need to whip to get air into it for the best results but some require just folding ingredients. You will have to make something else or wait til you get to the shops.

Edit I misread that u have the cheese watever

Make the base with biscuits and melted butter.

Then put two blocks of cream cheese and a small block of ice cream into a food processor(mix by hand either).

When it's mixed add one block of melted jelly and stir in.

Pour that mixture over the biscuits and put in the fridge.

It should be set within a few minutes. <3 :)

i think the cheese is too thick on it's own and too strong a flavour, try mixing it with icing sugar and beating in milk to thin it down, that's all i can suggest really.

flavour it with some fruit if possible, you'll have to make the cheese fairly sugary to make it desserty, so you can leave the fruit quite unsweetened. that's why berries and citrus fruits work well.

you could do a layer of lemon curd under the cheese, that could work.
