Adult Support Project Based in Cardiff
Hi everyone,
I have some very exciting news! Some of you may remember from quite a few months back that i posted on here about a support group that we were trying to set up in the Cardiff area, as there was nothing about for people 18+, but in particular for over 25yr olds.
Well, with the help and support of the local mental health day centre and various other organisations we are now up and running!! We have a brand new website and forum page with all our information on.
