Whats up with this?!

Whats up with the homepage at the minute? Is anybody elses white with blue writing and the Ryl logo moved over to the left hand side?! Im confused!Also, the bar that usually displays 'forums,faq, supporters etc' is blank. Happening to anyone else or is it just me?
