What would you do if you and your best friend had very strong feelings for eachother when your both in long term realationships?

Probably end the relationships?
Idk...depends i guess....
On how much you actually and truly 'love' the person you are with.
If you are only with them for the sake of not being alone then, well...would you want someone with you for that reason only?
Having them wishing to actually be with someone else?

But I can't really say, because you haven't really given much to go on.

You need to decide what/who you want.

hmmm.
depends how much you love the person you're currently with. if you can't see yourself staying with them forever, then i would probably end it and give it a go with your friend.
but then it depends on how your friend feels about doing the same thing.

I agree with effervescence. I think you've said it pretty much, not sure I'd add anything...? It's a really tricky line to cross as it's your best friend (whether your already with someone or not). But I guess either way, good luck with what you do decide to do :) Hope whatever it is, it works out :)

Oh its so bad im going crazy for this person and feel so so guilty, i know its horrible such a nasty thing to do to somone who cares about you but i just cant stop theses feelings

all 4 of us hang around together were all really good friends and this is gonna **** things up so much, whatever happens someone gets hurt and i loose someone. iv always been loyal and faitfull never thought this could happen. is it possible to love two people?

im such a **** up. i really dont know what to do

Oh gods i keep posting on here whilst upset. Im really gonna have to try to stop doing that.

Its not like iv actually cheated, its just feelings and im gonna try n put this right

Putting this right is VITAL.
You have to choose. You have to know what you want, and you have to be so sure. You have to know that you do the right thing for YOU.

From the way you're talking? Leave the relationship you're in. Because whether or not you end up with your friend, you're going to hurt the person who is already giving themselves to you. And it isn't fair to put them in that position, whatever you decide.

I hope you figure this out, before you act on any unfair feelings.

Do the right thing.
