Triggering (SI) - ****ing doctors receptionists
I ****ing hate this, iv been trying sinse friday to see a doctor n every time i phone the surgery i dont get an appointment
i phoned at 1.55 today n she told me to call back at 2 so i called back repetitively for 10 mins as it was engaged when i finally got through there was only medical emegancys with the female doctor availible
iv been sitting here panicing about making the phonecall all morning and worrying about it all weekend i ended up bursting into tears on the phone and all she said was you will have to call again in the morning
i dont know what to do anymore im blatently going to cut now i feel such a ****ing ****. maybe im not meant to see anyone

I'm sorry about what has been happening, it must be so frustrating and upsetting. Please try not to self harm, it will only make things worse for you in the long run. Can you call back, or get someone else to do it, and explain that you really need an appointment? Perhaps if you go down to the surgery in person they will take you more seriously. Take care.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

well done! getting someone else to help is also a good move, it's easier to be assertive for someone else... hope it goes well, if you're worried about how to tell the Dr perhaps your friend could come with you? or write it out? would be a shame not to say what you want now you've managed to get an appt :)

I'm really glad you managed to get an appointment. Dr's receptionists are notoriously difficult. Dr's offices in general, in my opinion!
I hope you can ride this wave, you may have made the best step you'll ever make!
Good luck,
Iz x
