throat *graphic ED*

i have had repeated bouts of tonsillitis recently.
at the moment i still have it though not too badly.
i have was smoking alot yesterday.
and i have been throwing up alot recently.
it was just feeling really dry and a little sore
but after forcing my dinner back up its starting to really hurt to swallow
and whilst throwing up everytime my toothbrush hhit my throat it was a stabbing pain.
i was just wondering if it is normal irratation or i have done some damage
any advice would be great thanks everyone

Your throat is bound to be raw if you are vomiting regularly.
Also smoking causes your throat to become dry.
It would be difficult to tell if you have done damage over the net, idealy you would need to be examined. I would advise speaking to your GP regarding this problem so that they can check you over.

Purging is VERY dangerous, it not only damages your throat but it can cause severe heart problems that couldlead to a heart attack.

try your best to not purge, drink plenty of fluidsand get to a doctor if it doesnt stop hurting soon

i cant go to the doctors
i am really scared to go because i got a letter from them saying they needed me to come in and talk about my SI after the hospital told them i was hurting myself.
i dont wanna talk about it,they dont/cant help

Maybe they might be able to help.
But they cannot force you to talk about it if your not ready.
Just like they cant force youstop.
They can however put some support in place for you.
They can also try to make things a little easier for you.

How do you know that though?

If you go to the doctors with such a negative feeling about getting help it wont help at all.

Purging is dangerous and can kill you... the sooner you stop thebetter
