Triggering (Suicide) - I don't know how to cope

Well its happened.
My mum has died.
Without going into the gory details her soul is gone but the machines are keeping the shell alive.
But I don't know ho to cope.
Only yesterday it was the 1 year aniversary of Olivia. SHe too died of a blood clot.
i dont want to stay in this life right now. I want to be back with her. and my family. Backk in the times when everything was all ok.

I'm so sorry, I can only imagine how difficult this must be for you. It must be even more hard to see her being kept 'alive' when you feel that her soul has gone, I can hear your pain. Look to the people around you for support, you will need all the people that you can to help you through this. As hard as it may seem now, you will get through this and your feelings will gradually become less intense.

I can see that you long to be back when things were alright, unfortunately that's not possible. I know that it can be comforting to think like that, but it can also make things more difficult for you because you long for something that isn't possible. But in the future things will be ok again, maybe a different ok but they will be ok nonetheless. Try to focus on the here and now, you'll need all your strength to get through this time.

Misha, I am really, so sorry to hear about that.

Please remember that we are here for you; my heart goes out to you during this time. I know you must be going through a whole lot of feelings but I am sure she is at peace now, just try and look after yourself as best you can.

Keep talking to us, keep writing and expressing how you're feeling through this process. Grief is hard but it's not impossible; remember you can get support through this.
