In my other thread, I said I was going to the hospital, but I never did. I went to see my psych and I'm going for sure. Either today or tomorrow. I've been there, so I know what to expect, but it's still really scary...I just think it's the only thing that will help me right now. May I have a hug or two to take with me...?

i agree. good on you for going to see your psych as this shows your willingness to get better. i can imagine how scary it must be but you know in the long run it is for the best. all the best and thinking of you xxx

So I managed to convince them to let me do the day program.
I don't have to sleep there, but I have to be there all day.
