I'm just wondering really what i should do? What should i give him and when should i take him hospital if it gets bad :(

I'm gunna get shingles, i just know it :( Grr.

Oh well. Will let you know what happens. If i can get on again tonight.

I found this out online for you on the NHS website.Hope it helps

Chickenpox usually clears up without treatment. There are some things you can do to ease the symptoms.
You can take mild painkillers such as paracetamol to relieve fever symptoms. Give child paracetamol to children, and dont give aspirin to children under 16. If the rash is very itchy, try dabbing it with calamine lotion.
Give children warm baths without soap every three to four hours for the first couple of days. Adding a few tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda to the bath water may help.
Sugar-free ice-lollies help to lower temperature and give the child fluids, as well as soothing a sore mouth if its become infected. They may be used in children over four.
In severe cases an antiviral drug called acyclovir may be prescribed early on in the virus.

I am currently:

How old is the child, and can you contact his parents? It's much better to make an appointment with the child's GP then take them to A&E. They should get checked out in case the rash is actually allergies or something else and not chicken pox.

If the child has a fever you may be able to give them paracematol as long as you follow the instructions on the label. DO NOT give them Aspirin or motrin as it can cause a reaction with the virus.

Well it breaks my heart to see you this way,
The beauty in life, where's it gone?
And somebody told me you were doing okay,
Somehow I guess they were wrong.
