hey guys.

Before you post, please remember the following conditions that apply to posting in this forum.

-suicide notes are not permitted in this or any other forum. They can be distressing for a lot of members to read, and cause a lot of worry.

- tip sharing is also not permitted, this includes mentions of how you have hurt yourself. if you have taken an overdose, please do not state what tablets you have taken or how many.

- food related numbers such as calories, weights and bmis are not permitted.

- Please do not make multiple posts.. there has been an influx of members often with two or three or more threads on the first page. Please keep one thread for yourself and update it, as multiple threads by one person often ends up with disjointed reples, and those trying to help getting half the picture. It also pushes threads from other members that desperately need support from the front page of the forum.

-Please try and use this forum to seek actual supportive and helpful replies, do not use it as a ranting forum.

Please be aware that this forum is designed for content that doesn't fit anywhere else on the forum, and/or contains desperate thoughts of suicide. there are several other areas of the forum where your post may be better suited, including Self-Injury Discussion and Support , Mental Health Discussion and Support , Abuse and Bullying Support and Eating Disorder Support. Before you post, please take a second to think about where your post belongs in the forum.

These conditions apply to the whole forum, including the 'say here what you cant say to anyone' and the 'secrets' threads.
