You need to get checked out if you keep passing out. It is likely that your body hasn't got anywhere enough energy for you to cope with and as you can't keep food down you need treatment to sort this out. See if you can get an appointment with a doctor today, book an urgent appointment if necessary. If you have any lucozade energy/ powerade/ other isotonic drinks/ dehydration sachets it would be a good idea to drink those in small sips as that can help if you're dehydrated or your electrolytes are unbalanced, likely if you are vomiting but these are only a solution until you get checked out.

Have you tried eating just very small amounts? Eating a banana or just part of one may also help.

It may be worth you reading the ED Article.

I would keep trying to eat small amounts and regularly, yes, and slowly build up the amount you are eating. But it is probably a good idea to get checked out if it keeps continuing just to make sure there is nothing going on.

Also because of your eating habits it is a good idea telling them if you've not got any support for the emotional side of things because they can get you help for that like a therapist and they could also refer you to a dietician who can devise an eating plan for you. It's just if it's at the stage where you are fainting that is really quite dangerous and so getting support for it (though this is good at any stage) is a very good idea.

with an ed i dont think they're likely to persrribe meds. but good on eating *some* thing. it can be hard as hell sometimes.

you're tired because -- this might be a "well duh" comment -- you're not eating anything, and being alive burns calories.
try to start eating a little bit of things. usually softer food is better when you're getting sick off food, its'easier to digest

I meant to say yesterday but I didn't. I just wanted to say that even if you've not fainted since it doesn't mean you're fine, it just means simply that you've not fainted, you may still have no energy, a body which can't cope with the energy just needed to survive and have no way to repair itself. It would still be worth getting checked out if you can because the earlier people get checked out the better with an ED so their issues can get sorted. If you say you don't want meds they will try to not put you on them; I've said that with my depression and so they didn't, the doctor I talked to at the time said that was fine except for if I went one day and had clear plans to kill myself and then she would because of her obligation and my health but otherwise she wouldn't and other doctors have also said to me they don't want to put me on meds if I don't want them.

I would say it may be worth getting checked out to see if there is anything physical they can help you with like there may be problems with your blood pressure caused by it or electrolyte imbalances, all things that can be dangerous though they can help you with though the best way would be for you to be on a specially designed eating plan and have your emotional issues looked into, something which they can also sort out for you and though therapy may not have helped in the past sometimes it is just a question of getting the right person and when you get one that you click with it could really help. I'd definately not dismiss it though it is hard going; maybe you could write a letter to your doctor and you could state there that you don't want to go on meds too. They can also treat you as an out patient in a lot of circumstances (some you need to if you have gotten too severe with it) which means not going in to hospital and things so you could also mention that. But, at the end of the day they are all things down to you and it has to be you that decides if you're ready for this or if it is a step too far.

If you've not read it already I would strongly advise you to read the First Aid ED Article I linked to earlier as that gives the medical reasons not to carry out EDs and may also explain some of the things you are feeling. Also, you could contact the supporters on Live Help/ support@recoveryourlife.com and see if they can also help you emotionally.
