I hope they find out what the hell is wrong
Hi all,
I have been unwell recently and not sure what's wrong. I have been getting stomach cramps, terrible nausea and just about everything I eat or drink seems to go straight through me. I went to the doctor yesterday and he seems to think that it may be some kind of infection or possibly celiac disease (gluten allergy) so I had a heap of tests done and I'm waiting on the results. Things seem to happen so damn slow in the country but I'm hoping to find out by Friday. What bothers me is that while I'm waiting or going to see doctors, the symptoms are still there. It really is a pain because I've had to miss the last week at tech college and I'm falling behind so I'm now stressed about that. It interrupts my life because I'm constantly feeling like crap and having to get up during the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and I'm not sleeping well at all. I just wish that things would happen faster. Sorry for the whining, I know I don't get to come here very often and I'm probably just taking up space here

It's aweful not knowing what's wrong or what you can do to get better, and waiting to find out just makes it worse, especially if it's interrupting your life.
Hope you get better soon

start avoiding gluten now? it could be an intolerance rather than allergy, but it can flare up from time to time. in the uk if you have an allergy you can get prescriptions for wheat alternatives, like bread etc but if its an intolerance you have to fund it all yourself.
hope you find out soon, mand x
