Triggering (SI/Substance abuse) - HELP?!

IM NOT sure whats wrong with me but i just NEED alcohol now in my life
tonite and i need it to cut! i have hundereds of scars an i used to cut sober but now idrink to numb the pain i guess and i cut deeper and need stiches but i usually dont get them and end up with HUGE scars... fuk!
i went off alcohol AND CUTTING For the last three days wich is a big deal for me and i could have gone longer but...i didnt WANT to!!! what does that even mean?!am i like an alcoholic now? ... i just hate myself tonoite and i,m drunk an wanna cut so bad ! im such an IDIOT! STUPIUD STUPID!!

Firstly you aare not an idiot..you have a problem.
And one that needs dealing with proffesionaly before it gets too out of controll...i always used to cut deeper when i was drunk..

Do you have a psych you can talk to or councellor or someone like that?
I know theyre probably the last people you want to talk to right now but its a needs be.
