username and bracelet

Hi, ive requested a new username 3 times over several months and still havnt heard anything...i know Harley is busy and everything but it has been a long time since my 1st request...i was just wondering if there's anyway my PM might not be getting to him or anything?

Also i ordered a bracelet from the RYL shop and it was supposed to have 'RYL' on it and the one that came didnt.What to do?

In terms of username changes, it may be worth you PM'ing typsee or James, as I believe both of these people have the power to change usernames. How did you apply for it, did you send him a PM or did you go through Control Panel > Request Username Change?

And any error with orders can be dealt with by Harley's Dad, too - all of these people are around more than Harley, so you may have more luck contacting them.

It might be easier for you to apply for a new username through the proper link, on your control panel? Just that way, it's clear that you are wanting a new username and the people with 'the power' can approve it there and then, if it's all ok.

The Shop is currently being re-vamped by Harley and one of the changes will be that we can no longer offer bracelets incorporating "RYL" as we've had no luck in obtaining the beaded letters.

We can however do you almost any other kind of bracelet that you want, including a couple of new designs that will be launched shortly. Hope this helps - and we'll swap your existing bracelet if you want to.

Please can you request your new username through the link in your control panel - I see no requests listed for you at present. As soon as either Typsee or I receive the request that way, we'll get that done for you.
