i know very little about healthcare in the U.S. but this site may help by identifying a healthcare center that doesn't expect you to pay... i'd suggest seeing a psychiatrist rather than a doctor (as in the uk, doctors generally refer their patients to psychiatrists for definitive diagnoses)

i'm sorry you're having a hard time. please know its not your fault that you have difficulties. i hope your relationship with your parents is strong and that you are able to tell them when you're ready. good parents want to protect and care for their children whatever issue comes up. if they aren't supportive etc., to you then get as many trustworthy people around you as possible so that you have a buffer zone if you're feeling uwell. i'm a dad and would do absolutely anything for my kids no matter what difficulty they were facing
