hmmm... are you very active??
it sounds like you do have anemia though, try eating more iron rich foods(like red meat or dark green vegetables!)

too much sleep? if i sleep more than 9 hours i feel terrible and more tired than before. getting into a routine of getting up at the same time every morning and going to be at a reasonable time could really help, but yeah the anaemia would be my next guess.

it could be something else you are lacking in your diet. No harm in asking a doc.. it really could be anything

Your best bet is to go to your GP who can run checks for anemia, thyroid disorders and talk through any effects of your current medications.
Being tired, is unfortunately indicative of a wide range of things and only a Dr who knows your case and history can track down what it may be.

If you used tyo drink a lot of soda that could be why. Soda tends to have a high caffinee content and so you are probably missing the "caffine buzz" so to speak, you might even be in withdrawel from the caffinee for a short period of time. try reintorducing one soda a day around lunch time an see if it helps, then after a few days stop it al together. you might find you get a better nights sleep too without the cafine.

have you always had the cant sit still feeling? or did it start when you started taking psych meds/stopped drinking soda?
try going to bed 9hrs before you want to wake up, it can help your body clock in the long run.

It will be the lack of caffeine, you'll readjust to it in time and not be so tired.

As others have said, I'd re-introduce a bit of caffiene into things and then slowly reduce that especially if you're getting headaches as that is a major sign of caffiene withdrawals.
If after re-introducing the caffiene and then slowly reducing the amount you still feel the same I would suggest going to the doctors. Tiredness is a very unspecific sign and it could be virtually anything. The fact that you've never been able to stay still I'm also wondering if you may have something causing that which could be something like ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) or as mentioned, problems with things like hormone regulation esp with your Thyroid gland and then the tiredness recently may be caused by something else.
Are you having as much sugar as you were before (though Diet Dr Pepper wouldn't have much of it in)? Do you find you need to drink/ urinate more often than you used to? Ever feel weak/ tired/ faint/ dizzy for some time?
Is there any reason why you have a feeling you may be anaemic?

for question #1 ...i do eat alot of sugar at some points then i go sometimes awhile without sugar fine..i have been going to the bathroom more cause i am drinking more water then i normally do...i would hardly drink water...but i am trying to induce more water to my system...
there are times when i get sorta hot and dizzy and weak all at once...and tired...and i have to lay down for some time to let my body come back to normal.
for question # 2 .. when i was younger maybe 3 a doctor thought i may be Anemic..and gave me a Vitim b 12 shot...my mom said i was hyper after the shot..
and i wasnt overweight then...i was thin and i was thin before puberity
