i dont come on here a lot but i was wondering if we could all gve some suport to TOBY (BlackVelvet)

Weve been speaking for a few days now & he seems to think he has nothing to give to the site, & i think maybe he'd be happer to come on & get support if he knew how much we cared.

Your description of yourself sounds like a lot of us on here, Toby :) don't worry, a lot of people when they're struggling a lot feel like they haven't got anything to give but they definitely have. I know it makes me feel better just to see hugs in my thread, so maybe you could hug a few threads each time you're on?

I don't know you but clearly you've touched people in a good way because they're here making this thread - so you're obviously great to know! xxx

...I don't think i'll ever be 'better' ...It's been this way for years ...Just on a major downer this week ...Think Jade (God Bless her) was quite taken aback by it...
