Today my husband and I put an offer on a house (YAY). The real estate agent went to present the contract to the owners of the house... and couldn't becasue they're too drunk! LOL! It's 7 pm and they're drunk. I am finding this absolutely hilarious. It's pissed my husband off cause he wants an answer... but how random! "Hi there Anthony, I apologise but we can't present the contract to the owners of the house you wish to purchase until tomorrow as they are to intoxicated..." LMAO!

Oh my...well I guess it makes sense that that can't present the contract to them. It is pretty random though, I doubt many people have had the 'joy' of this experience.

The estate agent first rang to see if they were home and they said yes, but neglected to tell her they'd been drinking! >.< lol so random! :P Oh well. Hopefully we'll hear from them by midday tomorow!
