Triggering (SI) - Ok, new low

Wow, whats going to go next, sitting distracting myself on the computer lil while ago, whole thing goes dead, wont turn on again past bios, same thing happened couple months ago, hard drive died. same again,

So great, not only has everything else gone to **** ( see thread in SI support for details ) but now the last two days slowly sorting out photos from external hard drives etc. that i wanted to keep, honeymoon, wedding photos etc. all gone.

Not even that left.

Numb right now but serious chest pains. feel like im going to need to SI or another panic attack.

i hope you can hold off on the harm, you know by now it iwll sink you fiurther and further in but yes, it is hard to resist, i know that.
not sure time for you right now...is there anyone you can call? im thinking of a doc or a crisis line that could maybe give you soem ideas on how to keep free and help with the panic attacks, maybe they might have some idea that may work to stop them or at leats give you a little control of them

well i can understand how shitty you are feeling right now.
photographs are special.
are you able to get copies of ophotos from your guest and (if you had one) your photographer?

also have you tried to recover all your data? if not i recommend you take it to a computer engineer and have them see if they can recover all your data xxx
