Citalopram Dreams

Does anyone else here have REALLY strange dreams on citalopram?

Since I've started taking it, my dreams have become really vivid and quite odd too, like I wake up in the morning and think "WTF??"

Where do you turn when the night turns to singing
such sweet melodies and you flash your fin
then it's back to the depths where I cannot see you
but I built these towers just to honour you.....

Oh no, I actually like it! Certainly makes my dreams more interesting anyway

I was just curious if anyone else had the same thing, that's all.

They aren't normally scarey just really odd and bizare and yeah I wake up think wtf was that about!
I was putting slippers on the front door mat to stop the water coming in a few nights ago in dream!

I want to kiss the bottom of the ocean before I burst through its surface into the sunlight, otherwise I will always be wondering about what was left unseen at the bottom

i'm tired of chasing my dreams.
i'm just gonna ask where they're going,
and hook up with them later.

My dreams have always been really weird, even before I started the Citalopram. Although now that you've mentioned it, it might've been since I started it, that I've been dreaming about a certain bastard I want out of my head. Hmmmm...

Hehe, yeah, think there are quite a few psych medications out there that can produce this side effect. Seroquel mixed with another drug I take does this for me...

I do, but mine are more nightmares rather then dreams. They are so vivid that i can remember every single detail down to the last minute. for example last night i felt i failed my gcse and i took a course how to fly but then i flew into my mum and killed her [my mums already dead] so it is very weird and then in court i said it wasn't me coz i didn't have hands i had lost them.... Strange
