Consistently sluggish scrolling in Firefox

I've had this problem for months on Firefox, actually over year, but I've never posted about it. I read through another thread but this is the only website affected by it and I use a lot of forums.

When I use the scroll wheel I can get maybe 2 'notches' scrolled before the image on the screen lags behind the wheel. Many other forums work fine so I don't know why this one doesn't. Any ideas?

I have the same problem with RYL and FireFox and also have no problems with any other forums/sites.

I use Firefox and it's not something I've come across on my laptop but it does happen every so often on my main Desktop PC so maybe it's a computer thing as opposed to a browser thing?

Well it breaks my heart to see you this way,
The beauty in life, where's it gone?
And somebody told me you were doing okay,
Somehow I guess they were wrong.

I've had this happen on 3 separate computers, and installations of Firefox, across 2 operating systems. I'll see if I can capture a screen video of the phenomena.

It happens occasionally to me, sometimes it that the page hasn't loaded completely. But other than that i'm stumped as to why it does it, eventually i got used to it.

I don't think I've ever had that problem with my RYL/firefox. That's really strange. Could it be (and I'm purely thinking outloud here, I'm most certainly not enough of a tech wizz to know how this'll affect it) something to do with having smooth scrolling turned on/off?

Happens sporadically for me. Occasionally scrolls with no issues, other times takes ages.

I've changed my options thingy to smooth scrolling but it's still the same with just RYL. How odd.

I've also had this problem, I've never NOT had it. I don't really care, however.

RYL is now running really slow on my laptop. Tabs take ages to open and pages are really slow to run. Only a problem on RYL. Affects chat too. Any ideas?
