Hot & sweaty, suddenly? o_O

Hey,
For some peculiar reason today, I have been feeling really hot and sweaty at times, for no apparent reason to me.
I'm not wearing anything considerably warmer than usual, and I am normally freezing, not boiling. My skin becomes sweaty, and my back and armpits are probably the worst, nastily enough. Heck, the weather's not that warm either, and it's really nasty.
Anyone got any ideas as to what this could be? Any effective ways to stop it? Just a matter of wearing something cooler, if possible?
Hm. Ideas, in general?

I felt like this a couple of weeks ago, then a day or two later I was ill with cough / cold / dizzyness, that sort of thing. It's probably nothing to do with what I had, but I thought I'd give my helpful imput. :P

Chances are you proabably are comming down with a cold due to our current extremem weather. Have you started any new medication? This can sometimes causes that as well.

Rach im always like that at the moment, its horrible. I think mines anxiety though, feels like i've started the menopause 20 years early.
