Documentary about different mental health problems
I came across this on Channel 4od, and I thought it was done brilliantly with really good personal accounts. Covers anything from anorexia, bulimia, ocd, self harm, depression, schizophrenia, suicide.
However, some may find watching this triggering so be careful.

I've seen it before, it's pretty good.

personally I found the section on Self Harm rather stereotypical, and more than a little bit annoying! In other areas I was pretty impressed but that bit was bloody tedious. just played up the ill informed idea that this only effects teenagers.
