hi, i ordered a bracelet and some tatoos on may 4 and i haven't received them yet. i payed for them through pay pal. i was just wondering if they were on their way. thanks for your help.
Each order is shipped out by Tony/Harley, as far as I'm aware. They may be caught up in something, and the fact that you haven't heard back from Tony might suggest he's unable to sort it at the moment. Give him a few days, and if you still hear or receive nothing, drop him another PM. :)
Some of the odered have took months before, not through anyones fualt but because of problems with the supplier and people being busy and stuff. You will get your stuff but you have to be patient and if you dont hear back form them just send another email.
Everyone does the best with the shop as they can but something things will happen outwith people control. But you will get your stuff :)

Just to let you all know, we have a slight delay with the orders at present I'm afraid. Dad is actually up at our house in Scotland, but we have had an issue with the electrical systems up there (the cottage is on a small island with no mains electricity!). He's working to get things sorted out just as soon as he can but without electricity computers and broadband are little use of course!
Really sorry for the delay and I'll post back to this thread to let you all know of any updates.

Sorry folks. I've been stranded without internet or electricity for almost a month, though I did send out a bunch of orders a week or so ago which Harley had phoned to me. I've already replied to a couple of PMs earlier this evening but if anyone else who has not now heard from me has a problem with an outstanding order then PM me asap and I'll deal with it.
Another bunch of Shop orders go out in tomorrows post. I've now replied to all PMs re outstanding orders, I hope, but if anyone has missed out please don't hesitate to contact me. As I've said before, we aren't out to cheat or shortchange anyone but the past month without access to the site has of course created problems - for which I do apologise.
well i haven't got anything. and its 4 days sinse you posted that message, and first class should have been at the most 2 days. if its not here before tomorrow, i'll pm.
I've now PMd mango princess twice to try to square up her order and am also waiting to hear from iloverats. Their orders will be on the way as soon as I hear from them.
Meanwhile, anyone with further orders outstanding please PM me - I'm most anxious to know that I've fully caught up after the hiatus caused by my not being on the site for most of July (for which my further apologies).
