Being stupid Journal-wise...!

I'm probably being stupid but have had a look in the guide etc and looked through old posts and couldn't find the right answer - could someone point me in the right direction about my deleted journal being restored? Is it Harley I have to PM?

I think some of the mods can restore them too.
I'd suggest PM-ing any mod to find out.
