i wrote this poem for my best friend who passed away dec 07..
i wanted to share it with someone but cant bring myself to show mine or my friends family..
Angels
The day you left us,
The whole world cried,
The gap you left upon our hearts
Your laughter, your smile, your joy...
All had gone, to the angels in the sky.
We didn’t want you to leave us,
For our lives had been broken,
For we’d never hear your voice, see your smile
For you had left us to be with the angels in the sky,
The sky shone pink that nite,
Pink across the world, for you were now in heaven
Watching down on all of us,
16 short years, you lived on earth with us,
Then one morning the angels came for you..
The pain you felt now gone,
Your happy now in heaven,
Your every wish is granted.
You’ve never been forgotten
Our beautiful pink princess..
