If you click the "COMMUNITY" tab at the top (Next to "HOME") and click on Staff Listings it will give you a list of all the Forum Moderators.
Or you can scroll down when on the main forum page to see who's highlighted in red (They're Forum Moderators - Green for Chat Moderators) and click on there username then private message them from there profile. :)

It's always best to PM a moderator as they rarely PM a member due to dealing with everything else (post reports etc) so they'd probably forget - so yes it's probably always best to go to them rather than have them go to you. x
