The day I found out there was no money in the budget and my job wasn't being renewed I found online an application for a mental health support worker. So I applied and... got it!!!!! I was offered the level three or four! The level four is the site manager, in charge of the level three staff member and the 8 youth who could be onsite! Also in charge of networking and setting up edcation days for each friday. This may be education about drugs and alcohol/body image/a particular mental illness or a variety of other things. I will be supporting young people with mental illness who are working to function properly in society. I am SO excited!!!!!
I can't start work till after the 8th of July cause I can't get around very well 'cause i'm still on crutches. I get tired to easily and stuff. Yesh.
But I wanted to share cause it's ****ing exciting! Woop!
