Avatar Problems :(

Hi, hopefully someone can help. I can't seem to post my avatar, keeps saying invalid file not matter what I do, it's the right size and right format (bith .jpg and .gif), saved it in paint so I really don't know what i'm doing wrong :( any ideas!??

I've never used an avatar saved in paint, so I wouldn't know about that. But why don't you upload it to a site like photobucket or flickr and use the URL? That's a pretty fail-proof way.

I just came to start a thread on this and saw your so hope you don't mind me joining!I can't upload one at all, it just says "File Invalid" And it says you can only upload it from your computer now where as before I could do it straight from a website!

I've been having similar problems. It may be linked to the server move? Maybe best to wait it out for a day or 2 'til things are settled.

This should be fixed now. Attachments in threads were also broken but appear to have been caused by the same issue.

Can someone very kindly post back here to let me know that they were able to successfully change their avatar?
