bugs

ok,
i posted a thread a while ago about seeing things, i presume insects crawling around and crawling on me
they have taken it to the next step
the bugs will crawl into my ear while i sleep
and they will be able to control my brain
but they can only come through my left ear
so i have to keep my left ear covered while i sleep
as a result, i havnt been able to sleep well because im so scared that my ear will become uncovered
i was thinking about talking about it to my eip worker
but i didnt for 2 reasons
1. she might be in on it too, i dont want them to know that i know
2.she will think its just psychosis, they never believe its real

i dont know what i want from this post, i never do.
but i want them to go away

this hapapens to me (bugs in ears, though not creepy xrawly bugs) maybeearplugs would help?

i couldnt sleep
i covered my ear but i was still panicking
so i couldnt sleep
so now im tired and depressed
i dont want them to control my mind
my eip worler is coming tomorow
but as i said before, i dont know if she is one of them
or that they will think im unwell
i cant talk to anyone
