waking up crying

Recently, i have been waking up crying. Has anyone else experienced this? what do people think the cause of this is?

I have also the same experience. When I wake up and I just crying, I don't know why. I think its caused from any scary dream or painful dream.

I have done that a couple of times, do you have bad dreams?
If so, I'd recommend writing your dreams down when u wake up and then (what I did) research the meaning, therefore finding the root of the problem?

I do but i know its because i suffer a lot with nightmares..............The onlyb problem trying to find the meaning is you could become obsessed or if one of your dreams has a bad meaning it could make the whole situation much worse.

i had the same recently i wake up really sobbin im ip at momment so this could be a reason but its scary so i kno how u feel x

I have also experienced this,I really don't know what it could be,I know sometimes though when it has happened it's because i have felt so low the night before.
