I just wanted to make a post to say sorry for the way I have behaved recently and thank you for all those who have supported me.

My actions/posts have been unfair to people - making them worry.

I am going to stay with my sister over the weekend and then will be going into work on Monday.

I am planning of taking a break from ryl for a little while. I'm not sure how long.

Emma/Laura -please text if you need anything. Anyone else, please feel free to pm me so that I can help as I get email notifications of pms.

Carrie - You say you have no outside support, so why are you going to leave/take a break from RYL when you quite clearly need the support that people give to you here?
I haven't got much credit left, and i honestly don't want you to take a break from RYL right now because i don't believe it would be in your best interest. You need a support network around you right now and you have it on here - so take it and grasp it with both hands.

Love you - and there's no need to be sorry. Just try to stay off the drink ok? There's more avenues to take and i'm willing to help you if you are willing to work with me/others.
