I am currently:
My moving forward

Because of the overdose that had me in hospital for three days I have now been given a CPN along with my psychiatrist and psychologist so I have much more support.

I am just finishing my last essay of this years course and will start reading up for next year.

I have been put on weekly prescriptions so I'm not tempted to OD but that is fine with me.

I did cut last night but feel much more positive today
