Well done Jenna.

It's my birthday and yay:) I feel loved and have received all the kindness and gifts.
I went for lunch and I enjoyed it, and had a nice time with my mum.
Work was OK for a late fill, on my birthday. -.-

Jenna, I'm glad you enjoyed the ninja mathematics :P Tbh I couldn't remember anything to do actual maths myself, but I got what you were doing :P

The last few days:

• Met many lovely people and had a good time.
• Was introduced to Michael McIntyre(courtesy of Jodie) and had the realest laugh I've had in forever!
• Also Criminal Minds(courtesy of Jodie still<3).
• Had hot chocolate.
• #ninjamaths with Jenna.
• I was the loser of the aforementioned Christmas quiz and laughed about it(most of my answers were random=proper troll, as I am not well acquainted with Mr Santa Claus :P; it was so bad, one of my answers was Darth Vader).
• Received a lovely Secret Santa gift(from Mon), that I subsequently ate(it was a cute snowman gingerbread cookie).
• Talked to my grandma.
• Stayed level-headed through most of the past few days, esp. when it was needed.
• Acquired an amazing goblet wine glass with a little froggie symbol on it!
• Had all the fun today watching Star Trek(2009). Amazing film, flawless, is now one of my favourites.

There's more but I have been awake for too long and my mind isn't working properly.

Tuesday:
- Got up on time.
- Got my Lush parcel.
- Cleaned some of the bathroom.
- Received a lovely uplifting xmas car from a friend.
- Did some colouring.
- Dealt with the fact I ate more than I had planned to well and did not freak out.
- Spoke to motherbear.
- Was assertive with Yodel when le parcel did not arrive, and did not go ape **** at them.

- I got lovely Christmas cards
- I have wonderful friends at my TC
- My psychiatrist is really helpful and kind

Wednesday:
- Woke up before alarm.
- Taken meds.
- Did some lovely colouring.
- Chatted to mum on the phone.
- Last xmas parcel came.
- Went shop and got more tobacco and wrapping paper.
- Dyed my hair for the first time in over a year and its turned out nice.
- Wrapped the last present.
- Decided what clothing I am taking over for staying at the family home for the xmas period.
- Did some packing.

- Had a helpful talk with my CC
- Had a nice walk through town (even though it was busy)
- Planned for tomorrow's travel
- Discovered a new album that I like
- Ordered new headphones so I can listen to my ipod again

Thursday:
- Have fully packed bar laptop & charger, phone, tobacco and keys. MARVELOUS job done!
- Got my new superdry festive joggers today - wasn't expecting them so soon!
- My close friend in rehab was delighted with her harry potter related present (even if the little bugger did open it early ) and sent me a lovely sweet message.
- Went over to the family home and settled in well.
- Helped mum make stuffing, mince pies and decorate the xmas cake.
- Took Charlie out for a walk with Mum.
- Had snuggle time with mum.

-Seeing my grandparents.
-Seeing family.
-I didn't embarrass myself.
-Feeling so loved.
-Good shift at work.

Friday:
- Got up on before my alarm.
- Took meds.
- Had a shower.
- Enjoyed spending time with the family unwrapping presents
- Really appreciated and loved all my presents
- Helped mum prepare the veg.
- Had xmas dinner.
- Spent the evening watching films and Mrs Browns Boys with the family.

Saturday:
- Got up before my alarm.
- Took meds.
- Had snuggle time with Charlie.
- Put the washing up away from last night.
- Spent some quality time with Dad.
- Sorted out my stuff packed and ready to come home.
- Have put a good deal away.
- Listened to a couple of CDs I got.
- Realised I got paid early
- Paid some credit into my utility accounts.
- Put some money into savings.
- Exercised a bit.
- Took the rubbish out.
- Chill time.

Sunday:
- Woke up before alarm.
- Taken meds.
- Done the washing up and put it away.
- Put my new lampshades up.
- Exercised a bit.
- Donated a tenner to the Salford Floods Appeal.
- Ordered my reward for Year OD free.
- Cleaned down the kitchen sides.
- Tidied a decent amount.
- Had chill time listening to music I love <3
- Imported my new CDs onto my laptop.
- Put some more money into savings.
- Done a load of washing and put it on the maiden to dry.

Monday:(so far)
- Got up before my alarm.
- Taken meds.
- Filled up storage unit.
- Played on my one of my new Just Dance games.
- Had a lovely homemade fudge mocha.
- Went to out to the shop and got what I needed.
- Wrapped E's present for when I see her on her home leave on Saturday.

- a lazy day.
- nice bubblebath.
- bought a vintage-style dress on eBay.
- saw parents for coffee and my mum gave me her ring which was so lovely.
- bizarre use of the word 'scrot' as a form of currency :s
- bought a vintage 'lucky bag' from the shop round the corner.
- have started painting designs on the scarves I'm making and it's not a complete disaster.

Today:
-Watched Dara O'Briain's latest DVD with the lovely Jodie
- You know when you're super thirsty and then you have a massive glug of juice and it's just glorious? That happened. Bet you're all jealous of my super-exciting life right now.
- Crossed the road at a different crossing than the one that my pointless "Rules" dictate and nothing bad happened, what a surprise :P
- it's nice to be home in London :)

- Woke up on time.

- Phoned pharmacy, got meds delivered.
- Phoned GPs.
- Did some exercise.
- Went to the shop.
- Arranged to meet up with J on weds.
- Spoke to mum on the phone and she told me dads appointment went well.
- Managed to keep my dissociation from going into a full blown episode.

Wednesday:
- Woke up on time.
- Take meds.
- Caught up with J and had a Costa
- Walked to family home spent quality time with everyone playing "Pass the Bomb".
- I wore my Pink patent DMs for the first time in ages
- Did some exercise.
- Got happy news about E hopefully coming out of rehab in March!

Yesterday:
- had a nice time with Jenna
- enjoyed Dara's latest show

Today:
- Got loads of sleep
- Took my meds properly
- had chips for dinner
- my rats made me laugh when they were being naughty.
