Nah. Just cardiology appt and car stuff i think.
I'm gonna have to get to S (where the hospital is) 5 hours early because otherwise i won't be able to get a lift and there are literally no trains because of the strikes.
I don't have enough money for even one coffee, so it's not going to be a fun day for me! Plus it's a crappy town.
It'll be fine.

Not really got any plans. Just had GP call. She is going to get crisis team to give me a call, I might get partner to drive me to the coast or go out for lunch or something. Think getting out of the house might do me good. But don't want to be out when crisis team call either.

Just finished a frothy coffee (used warm frothy milk from my fancy new milk frother with a 'shot ' of my Ethiopian coffee made in my aeropress). Trying to work out what to have for breakfast. Don't really fancy anything.

It was lovely, nearly coffee shop quality! I am a big fan of my new milk frother! Alas I have no fruit loaf, I am nearly always in the mood for fruit loaf so it would have been a good bet.
