2- Read 2 hours BR- I'll manage about 45 minutes, which is better than nothing.

This weekend:
- clean my bedroom and chuck out what I dont need/ want anymore
- not buying alcohol to drink (weekends are my weak points when it comes to self destructive behaviours)
- writing a letter to give to my psychiatrist about where I'm currently at truthfully
- continue taking meds as prescribed and allowing myself to take PRNs as needed
