- Remembering white noise through headphones helps my brain a bit.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

- Got back to my normal wake up time after two days off schedule. Have woken up at or before my alarm two thirds of the days in May.
- Despite feeling some woe this morning got outside to my garden for a little bit and socialised with our friend J this afternoon.
- Made dinner tonight which is the first time this week (usually my partner cooks).
- Meditated twice today.

- Had a lovely proper cuddle with Crookshanks, a sitting with my legs up with him squeezed in the gap between my legs and chest and cuddling him with two arms with lots of purrs and some kisses.
- Managed to read a chapter of a book, hope this continues.

^I assume there's a different Lord North than the one I'm thinking of who was the British Prime Minister from 1770-1783?

Results: - Taste - delicious
- Health benefits - To be determined but I expect to walk soon

Oh my goodness, how splendid! I needn't have thought about the logistics of your wheelchair in my new car then :P
Also, in case you are interested, I can only find a 3rd Baron North discovering the Tunbridge Wells spa water, but he is the great-great-great-grandfather of the prime minister guy. It was tricky to follow that Wikipedia web, as he was called Dudley, his kid was called Dudley, then three generations in a row were called Francis

In my day news, though I can't top drinking water with healing properties:
- good counselling session
- pleasing little nap
- watching high quality television whilst ironing
- It being my mum's fault not mine that we turned up for dinner on the wrong day :P
