me cried too :( poor adam! i did think that adam was going to die at one point-like he was too busy looking after everyone that his hypothermia affected his heart and died but im pleased that didnt happen

Davey, an old friend of Lenny's from the children's home, arrives at the ED with a reminder of a pact they made when they were kids - they were planning to burn down their former residence on this date 13 years ago. Lenny is chilled when he realises that Davey still plans to go through with it and refuses, but Davey returns to the home and sets it alight, unaware that there is someone trapped inside. Lenny races to the scene but it's too late and he can only watch as his injured friend is brought into the ED.
Adam is keen to keep working while he waits for news on Jessica and allows the gang to record messages to play to her. However, he admits to Tess that he is slightly relieved she hasn't yet woken as it means he doesn't have to tell her about Harry. Elsewhere, Charlie and Louis clash and things are awkward between Ruth and Jay.
it was a very good episode, it was really sad, i felt for adam so much.

I thought that with the episode being extended that it would get boring, but it didnt at all. It was excellent, unlike last weeks episode that was really boring. Although the f2s are still getting on my nerves, especially lenny.
