Where are you at with therapy- I remember you were having some?
I think one way to get things under control (and to feel somewhat in control, if in a different way) would be to draw up a meal plan of sorts to try to stick to. You could start small, maybe aiming to eat something sensible for breakfast each day, or you might be more inclined towards 'all or nothing' and want to go straight to a plan of all three meals and snacks. Do you feel like you in theory know how to structure a day's eating or is that an issue for you?
I think it would also be worth working out what has triggered this slip-up; if there's something specific causing it, maybe that could be tackled separately.
