Cant stop eating *poss trig*

I cant stop eating, seriously...I don't know how to stop...someone please help, I'm so desperate. I've gained weight and yet I still continue to eat...I spoke to my mum about it and she said that "everyone has days like that" but everything I say relates to everyone apparently...everyone has down days etc...but my days are everyday...please I cry everytime I eat because I don't want to be like this...I'm back up to 8 stone 4.5, I was 7 stone 12...gosh that means I've gained...loads...
What should I do it's making me so low...? any healthy diet tips or something to help me stop snacking?

It's fine. I don't know what to do I'm so scared I'm gonna gain weight...I mean I already have gained a load of weight and I'm so low about it...I have no control over my food...xx

I feel the same sometimes. I'd usually say try the distractions section or try and distract yourself some other way but I know that never works for me so I'm not sure.

Distractions and regular meals will stop your body craving so much. Do you think you could stick to a little meal plan and keep yourself busy in between meals to stop the mind resorting to thinking about eating?

Remember to drink. sometimes when you feel hungry your actually just thirsty. so give it a go. i hope it helps.

Write yourself a set routine of meal times & snacks.
If you follow it, you get a reward of some sort.
If you break it, you get a priveledge taken off you.

Hun i know EXACTLY how you feel because i have the exact same problem - same weights and everything!!

See i went on a holiday to spain with my obease relatives so i was eating the same amount as them as i was with them all the time, going for meals and such. When i got back i had put on half a stone and i was devistatad, now in the same weight as you and tryign to get back to my normal weight.

Try slowely to get back to your normal diet - the same routiene as your 7st 12 foodplan (assuming its a healthy one). Take it one week at a time and try not to panik too much

Could you think of a list of safe foods? Like maybe you don't feel safe with any food at the moment, but think of what makes you feel just a little bit safer, even if it's only like 0.5 out of 10. I don't know what height you are but 8.4 sounds like you're body has gone into 'I need food' mode because you haven't been eating enough. Maybe binge on healthy foods, like cereals (weetabix <3) or fruit. Perhaps you could talk to your Mum about healthy eating and go and but lots of prepared fruit salads and such.

Well when I was 7 stone 12, I wasn't eating much, then I went to binging...sooo...thats not a good idea to go to the plan I was on before...
Yeah I've got some healthy food...I have a normal cereal, eat when I get to school...eat at break, then lunch...then have a sandwhich and a half when I get home, then thats binge time...grrrr then I'm not hungry at dinner but eat it anyway...I wanna be a healthy weight...
