I'm not doing much at all. I went to the chemist and did a washing. Was wanting to go on the bus somewhere to get some things but felt like I got up too late to go. I just find it so hard to change the times I allow myself to do certain things.
I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.
It is hard to change routine, but sometimes it's good to get out of your comfort zone. Make a new routine, you made your current one somehow! Not saying it's easy in the slightest, but life doesn't just happen!

I got distracted by sorting out some bits and pieces round the house and before I knew it an hour and a half had passed. Just little jobs.
I am okish, still in pain but have more energy today.
How is your grogginess Beckie? Hope the brownies go to plan. I know your oven can be tricksy!
Hey Lindsay! Changing routine is hard and I know how distressing you can find being off routine. That said if you get out then hopefully you will get a sense of achievement. Might feel easier to be off routine for a positive thing?

The first batch of brownies were totally fine luckily! Just cooking on a lower temperature and keeping an eye.
