I agree, I think that talking to someone might help, maybe even the ppl you feel would be mad at you if you hurt yourself, maybe you could tell them how bad you feel, but at the same time the fact that you're being strong and holding on, they could support you, I don't think anyone could get mad, just because you're not feeling good, cause that's not your fault..
I know it's hard, but it get's better...
