i'm totally unstable.
i feel like everything that happens just makes me crash even harder.
i just want to cut, and i know i can't because if i screw up; everyone'll be mad at me.
i just wish i was dead, i wouldn't have to feel this way anymore.

I'm sorry you're feeling so low. Do you have anyone you can talk to about how you're feeling? It sounds like you could definitely use some face to face support right now.

What has been going on that is making you crash harder?

I agree, I think that talking to someone might help, maybe even the ppl you feel would be mad at you if you hurt yourself, maybe you could tell them how bad you feel, but at the same time the fact that you're being strong and holding on, they could support you, I don't think anyone could get mad, just because you're not feeling good, cause that's not your fault..
I know it's hard, but it get's better...
