Voices are really loud and am scared because what they are saying
i have took extra medication ( under drs orders ) and am listening to music
am very scared because they said that i have to cut or OD if i dont the world will end... i have to kill myself before that happens am scared for myself but am also scared for other people as well and if i don't do as they say everyone will die
my husband says its a load of rubbish and that it will not happen
but am scared that it might

yes he knows going to have my night meds early see if they help

yea i will try sleeping just made myself some hot chocolate ill try and go to bed after i drink it

Been up all night ....there telling me i must kill myself or else ...i have a plan

My husband knows he has been great ...we talked about it for a long time
and we hugged for a while...The voices are so loud and i cant get them to stop i feel exhausted even though i have had some sleep...there wearing me down and i cant cope any more ...Av taken my medication as usual and extra medication as well but nothing is helping...

I know if i kill myself my family will be devastated and i dont want to hurt them...My husband keeps saying the world is not going to end
am trying to believe him but am just so scared it will and people will get hurt and it will be my fault

Am feeling a lot better now talked with my husband
just worried about the 21st need to stay away from news and radio
just not go on any sites that are talking about it
need to be careful
not to get triggered by it

i am feeling very scared because of the 21st and other things that are going on
I cant sleep at the moment its 6.24 am and av been up all night
but am ok

Still scared but am keeping busy and avoiding all things to do with the end of the world
