Hi, it tells you at the bottom of the main page who is online. It can be really quiet at times especially at 5am if you're in the UK. You can still post in the support boards and the general boards if you need some support or distraction and someone will hopefully reply when it's busier. I hope you're ok. Take care.

Sometimes banned members appear online at various times of the day so just because there's someone online doesn't mean that's they are able to respond. Also some members are bots again they can't respond. The majority of members here are UK based and liable to be asleep at 5 am but like Lindsay said feel free to post and someone will respond at some point. The boards are slow at the best of times so don't be disheartened if you don't get a response straight away. If you're wanting a immediate response then you are best phoning an helpline.
