Making it out the house is 17 mins including showering, make up and brekkie.

I had two coffee's and listened to good music for much of the morning. Later, I finally just sat in my room for a bit, making another effort to look around while reflecting and noticing things. That was important, as I have been back in the country to two weeks now, but feel I have just been existing in a bland pattern of internet habits and social activity.

- this cold appears to be a half-arsed one so is not causing too much distress
- almost broke even this month which is impressive considering the circumstances
- tidied my work area
- making exciting plans

Today:
- hilarious lunch time conversation
- was easily talked into joining in with a prank on E1 and we were in hysterics
- went out for dinner
- saw Book of Mormon, which was good, even if I did nap a little bit

Yesterday I got referred to physio for my knee (finally built up the courage to ask).
Have been sent for some blood tests regarding fertility.
We're trying to get an appointment with the egg-sharing team.

TodayI went to group and spoke and no one judged me and I felt better for it.
