i planned to do more when my mum went to sleep but she knew wat i was up to so i finally settled and looked at the halerious pictures in the distractions list...

Hiya, it's good that you started to take control by distracting yourself, I think thats a big step even though you did slip up
Sorry you might not be able to say much to this post as it's kind of an awkade and difficult situation.
I am feeling like cutting or pulling my hair will be the only way to gain control at the moment.
I am so out of control with my eating, I used to eat little to nothing and lost a lot of weight and now it's on reverse and I cannot control it.
The annoying thing is if I wanted to go cut right now, it's basically impossible as my parents took loads of sharp things out of the house. I also really really don't want to pull my hair because it's getting really thin on one side.
I can relate a lot to what you wrote. This time last year I was a very low weight in terms of BMI and this year, I've gone the opposite way - comfort eating and (just) in the higher healthy range. It is really difficult sweetheart but we can both gain back control of our eating habits in a healthy way. I know deep down you probably know that self harm isn't going to solve this problem, however much it might feel like it. Self harm will just add to your problems because you'll have to be coping with both things :(
I don't really know what to suggest about your eating but maybe you could post a message on the ED forum? I'd certainly be interested to see the replies. One thing I have heard that may help is doing yourself a meal plan so you know what you're eating and when, but make sure it's enough food so you are not hungry because that will just leave you prone to binges.
Having said all this, it could be that you are actually eating a normal, healthy diet but your mind is saying different?

Hiya, thanks for the reply and Im really glad there is someone with similar problems
I have posted something in the ED forum but I only got one reply which I think is fair enough because it's a difficult situation.
And I think Im definatly going to give the meal plan a go, im sure it would make me feel more in control.
Im feeling better today, still really frustrated on wanting to eat, then not, then eating, then feeling guilty.. it's really annoying, but Im sure I will get through it
Im doing okay, I have had a few urges but im determined to make it to New Years free
Well done for being two months free!! Maybe you should make a plan on what your gonna do when you get a strong urge, just plan out how your gonna deal with the siuation
