I got mine in the post today I think. Thank you very much! I've been an extremely good girl and haven't even had a feel of it to try and guess what's in it.
I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.
I am so excited! I can't wait till it gets here. I think I'll wrap it in some pretty paper and stick it under the tree when it gets in... Assuming D doesn't open it for me before I get home from work...
Is it odd that I like wrapping stuff about as much as unwrapping stuff?
Ah well. I chalk it up to a good kind of weird lol

I think mine's arrived - Mum said I'd had something. Luckily my parents are under strict orders not to open ANYTHING as I'm ordering their xmas pressies online, so it'll be waiting for me when I get back to UK on Christmas Eve :D

This really makes me realize that despite all the bad things in the world - of which there are plenty - there is overwhelming goodness, generosity, and love as well.
I haven't believed in Santa for many years, but now I can see that he really does live through other people. What you're doing is so beautiful, it brings tears to my eyes. Thank you for making so many people's Christmases. I was going to open mine Christmas Eve, but how could I now? Christmas morning it is!

In the end my paranoia about all things financial prevented me from contributing to this. But it makes me smile and all warm inside to see everyone else's experiences with this. :)
my mum opened mine by accident and gave it me... and i couldnt think who it would be off so i opened the card and realised... so ive put it all in a bag and put it under my tree to be properly looked at on christmas day :)
